Vacation rental software platform Hospitable wanted to boost their presence at the 2023 VRMA conference and ensure they made a memorable impact on guests.

My team and I created an event experience designed to center Hospitable's unique value proposition of giving hosts their time back by automating much of the busywork involved in their business.

The booth drew attendees via fragrance — a gentle bespoke essential oil that urged guests to "take a breath with Hospitable" and relax. Other guest interactions included a massage station and post-event engagement via social media.
